Like it or not nutrition is 80% of your structure. eating 6 small meals a day will increase your metabolism which will help tone you up. eat lots of vegetables and fruits. drink plenty of water
Discipline
Most people say they're going to exercise and they do for about 2 days then it's like eh whatever. Keep up with your work outs and don't give up!!
Exercises
since your a female toning is your best way to go. High reps and low sets for example
15reps/ 2-3 sets.
Recovery
Believe it or not but most of your exercising effects takes place durring your sleep since that is the only time your body is mainly thinking about itself and not a million other things your doing. so make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep.
