Yes I do but I am self employed and in my line of work (driving instructor in the UK) there are loads of companies who's listings I can join to be found by learners searching in my County for an instructor. This benefits me as they pay to come up in the top of the googles and yahoos etc.
I also promote my site religiously and let the bots help it up googles listings as well, within 1 month the google bots had found my page and was displaying it in the first 5 pages, now it comes in on the 2nd page after 4 months so get the google bots knowing your site helps too so add lots of key phrases people will be typing in.....but not too key...if you have on your page paris hilton sex tape you'll be page 1 zillion of 1 zillion and 1:-)
