Ok I have found my summer stack for hydration and fighting the heat. Between working in a hot ass UPS warehouse and a volunteer fire fighter i needed something to help deal with the heat. Surprisingly enough it only consist of my basic supplements +2 others. I've noticed a big difference in endurance and virtually no soreness and my body has been able to hold more water (not water retention). I'm a little bit more veiny in my legs forearms and shoulders and have experienced stretch mark making lifts. I've noticed it most in my all around wrestling and boxing training.

Review
*Ok so I've used ON100% Whey for a long time but recently switched over to dynatize due to ON's nasty taste and poor mix ability. Yesterday i received my order of ON's new formula which is supposed to fix these problems....AND THAT THEY DID! It taste soooo much better (Double Rich Chocolate) and dissolves almost instantly. If your going to double up on servings use 10-12oz of water. Taste even better if you mix w/ milk (Skim Milk is best).
**Used in substitution of NX Labs Plasmavol. I heard about GlycerGrow from a buddy of mine and mixed w/ BSN Cell Mass it has the same effects if not better than Plasmavol.
