So I put on a couple of pounds.
AGE=29
HIEGHT=5.7
WEIGHT=130 pounds

what would be the most efective way to lose weight.
Mainly around the stomache. Help Please.

Crunches, all kinds cardiovascular exercises, maybe a diet? Start running like every morn, and maybe that helps. Some say, that toning that mid section is one of the hardest tasks. Don't get discouraged, and just stick to it, that's the only way. Oh, and the less you eat before you got to sleep the better. I love that one.  Wish you the best, stay healthy.

Drink lots of water (i do 1/2 to 1 gallon a day for 165 lbs, 5'-10").... make sure to drink one glass before you eat a meal, and believe a slender guy that's tested it.... stay away from NUTRASWEET.... I won't go into the hows and whys, but your bodymakes fat in defense of the stuff it converts to in the body; yeah, zero calories, but your body makes fat because of it.... I know it sounds crazy, but it's true..... crunches will make your belly firm under the fat.... bigger breakfast and lunch and small dinner..... no food after 8:30 and preferably not after 7.... green tea.... don't know why, but it focuses your body on the fat to burn it.... all health magazines stress GREEN TEA if you want to reduce your percent body fat... then exercise (vinyasa type yoga is great...ashtanga type if you can, increases flexibility, stamina, and burns fat like hell), of course.... nothing terribly extreme, every little bit helps, every little thing. Park a fewer spaces away from the front door at Wally World, take the stairs if it's a floor or two (or 3 or 4 or 5......).... you get the point
.... and patience..it takes time.... took me 6 months of 5 times a week on a Nordic Track to get from 190 back to 160........ you can do it if you really want to.... good luck!
